These lovely cats were painted in soft pastels on Velour. Their painting size is 24" x 18". By following my photography tips page, the client gave me some really lovely clear photos to work from.
Jasmine a lovely tabby with a variety of colours. George is a British Shorthair Black and Maddy is a British Shorthair Blue.

Thank you so much for the wonderful picture of Mitzie that you created. Sharon and I were both bowled over by just how good it is and we will certainly ask you to do the other cats in the future. When we unwrapped it we just had to have it up on the wall straight away and it was quite emotional when Fritzie (who has Mitzie's colouring) started thinking that the portrait was a real cat! Mitzie is now looking down from the wall in our living room over us and it means a huge amount to both of us that we have such an excellent and accurate portrait of her to help remember her by.

I must tell you, when I opened the package and saw the likeness of Cookie so beautifully captured, I was amazed. I knew from the online pictures that it would be wonderful, but really, Its impossible to accurately know what it will look like until you actually see it. The fine detail, the fur so real I could almost touch it and the eyes that follow me wherever I am in the room. Absolutely a beautiful and accurate rendition of my beloved companion! I just wanted to thank you again for the painting, I keep looking at it on your website - it is fantastic, I cannot wait to see the real thing. My Mum was so impressed by it that she immediately started talking about having Squeak done! It brings a huge smile to my face when I look at her picture.
It is wonderful. Her eyes are exactly as hers are: gleaming with all shades of green. Her nose has just the right amount of pink. I am extremely impressed with the shading on her white chest, her whiskers are an exact replica of her own (especially the quizzical eyebrow whiskers) and the expression on her face is more Pepper than ever the photo I sent to you was!
Most importantly though you have really captured her personality: playful; girly; angelic; inquisitive and with the capacity to be a little bit naughty!
Thank you so much for creating this gift which I will treasure forever.
